Each Stone & Ash piece is carefully handcrafted, which means your order is prepared with intention, not rushed through a production line.
All orders include free shipping
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipping
- International orders: 7–21 business days depending on location
Shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or holidays.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we accept returns only on unused items in original condition within 5 days of delivery.

with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stone & Ash is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.
